What is an Assessment Centre ?
Trainday Course on EPSO Assessment Centre was a success. With 16 participants representing 10 countries the course had the key ingridients for a dynamic and powerful athmosphere. The participants had the opportunity to simulate the tests and elements in the real assessment centre. Thus the key competencies such as organisational and communication skills or analysis and problem solving skills were properly and reliably tested. Participants were individually observed and then given feedback both by the assessors and by their peers.
